PHP Services provides independent, remote-first printer management assistance and advisory services. Because services are delivered based on time, expertise, and client-specific environments, refund decisions are handled carefully and on a case-by-case basis.


2. General Refund Policy

PHP Services does not guarantee refunds.

Refunds, if any, are evaluated individually based on:

  • The nature of the service requested

  • Whether services have already been performed

  • The stage at which a cancellation or refund request is made

  • The specific circumstances of the request

Work already performed, including time spent on assessment, consultation, configuration assistance, or advisory services, is non-refundable.


3. Cancellation Before Service Begins

If a client requests cancellation before any service activity has started, PHP Services may, at its discretion, consider a partial or full refund.

Eligibility depends on:

  • Whether resources have already been allocated

  • Whether preparatory work has begun

  • Administrative or processing costs incurred

4. Cancellation After Service Has Started

Once a service session, assessment, or advisory activity has begun, refunds are generally not available.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Time spent reviewing printer environments

  • Remote support or configuration assistance

  • Advisory or workflow guidance

  • Any service delivered with client permission

Partial refunds are not guaranteed and may be considered only in limited circumstances at PHP Services’ discretion.


5. No Outcome-Based Refunds

PHP Services does not offer refunds based on:

  • Specific results or outcomes

  • Performance improvements

  • Issue resolution expectations

  • Changes in client environment or requirements

Services are provided on a best-effort, advisory basis, and outcomes may vary depending on factors outside our control.


6. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund Review

To request a cancellation or refund review, clients must contact PHP Services directly and provide:

  • The name associated with the service request

  • A brief description of the request

  • Relevant service or invoice details

Requests will be reviewed within a reasonable business timeframe.


7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients are encouraged to contact PHP Services directly to resolve billing questions before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Suspension of services

  • Additional administrative review

  • Restriction of future service eligibility


8. Changes to This Policy

PHP Services reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time to reflect changes in services, business practices, or legal requirements.
